If goods were damaged upon receipt, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Please email with the subject line “DAMAGED ITEM” and include your Order Number.

Damages due to shipping will be reviewed and we will work with you closely to resolve it in the most reasonable manner possible.

Important Note: For Lashes that are handmade, some minor discrepancies in hair assignment are normal and may occur. Please keep in mind that some handmade lashes may not look symmetrical. If there is a very noticeable difference between the hair assignments, please email our support at with the subject line, “Different Lash Pairs”.
