For removal, gently peel the lashes from the outer corner or use a lash adhesive remover.

Our lashes are designed to stay on all day or night. However, the longevity can vary based on the adhesive used and how well they are applied. For best results, ensure your eyelids are clean and free of oils before application.

Yes, our lashes are designed for multiple uses. With proper care and cleaning, you can reuse your lashes several times. We recommend gently cleaning the lashes after each use and storing them in their original case.

Absolutely. We are committed to ethical practices and ensure that all our lashes are cruelty-free. We do not test our products on animals and ensure our materials are sourced responsibly.

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed at our warehouse before shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During new product launches, holidays, or sale events, processing may take 5-7 business days.

Due to recent USPS changes, delivery now takes 5-10 business days. In the event of postal delays, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for your package to arrive. Please note that postal delays are beyond our control.

If your lashes are damaged upon receipt, please email us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation at info@gracelashhouse.com with the subject line “DAMAGED ITEM” and include your Order Number. We will review the damage due to shipping and work closely with you to resolve it in the most reasonable manner possible.

Yes, minor discrepancies in hair assignment are normal for handmade lashes and may occur. Handmade lashes may not look perfectly symmetrical. If you notice a very noticeable difference between the hair assignments, please email our support at info@gracelashhouse.com with the subject line, “Different Lash Pairs”.
